Tera Tagliabue, LMP

I work towards creating health and balance in my life. Since graduating from the Brian Utting School of Massage in 2004, my vision as a body worker is to promote health and increase body awareness in others. I provide stress relief and relaxation massage using a combination of Swedish massage, neuromuscular technique and a variety of other modalities. To promote optimal health and function I offer deep tissue massage, muscle energy technique, postural assessment, and specific injury treatment also addressing compensation patterns. I also provide suggestions for stretching and home exercises and education on stress reduction. This helps you improve your health outside the massage session in your day-to-day life.

I approach my work in massage with fascination, openness, focus and positive intention. I have excellent sensitivity and specificity in my touch. Having a strong background in biology allows me to appreciate the complexities of the human body. This understanding allows me to execute a level of precision through body work and to educate my clients in a clear and competent fashion. I enjoy practicing massage, helping others and learning from each new experience. My nature is to nurture and I dedicate the extensive skills I have towards supporting and positively impacting others as they pursue their own health and balance.

I look forward to working with you!

Mindy Meyer, LMP

Hi... My name is Mindy Meyer and I'm the newest addition to the Chiropractic team here at Green Lake. Born and raised in Madison, Wisconsin, I spent 10 years working as a surgical tech in the operating room before turning my life to massage and preventative health care. I graduated from Lakeside School of Massage in Madison in 2003 and am now currently licensed as a massage therapist in both Wisconsin and Washington.

I've always felt the desire to help people and massage has been a very rewarding outlet for that. After spending 10 years seeing the affects of poor health around an operating table and being in a system of treating the symptoms of a disease instead of the causes of the disease, I came away with a desire to instill in individuals a sense of a preventative holistic lifestyle instead of the alternative. And massage is a very beneficial part of that lifestyle.

My massage usually consists of a blend of swedish massage, trigger point therapy, myofascial release, sports massage, range of motion and Reiki 1, depending on the needs and desires of the client. I enjoy working with clients who want relaxation, therapeutic results, enhanced athletic performance and overall wellness to achieve a balanced and healthy lifestyle. Continuing education is always an important part of my professional career, in order to provide more tools in which I can further aid my clients.

I'm excited about being a part of the team and look forward to the opportunity to assist you on your way to continuing health and well being.
